Mercury Spheres
Hundreds of ambitious founders. One unforgettable day.
Mercury brought together hundreds of ambitious founders for a day built with intention — designed to challenge, connect, and inspire. The one-day event attracted more than 337 founders to Convene in San Francisco to find community and inspiration from unexpected places.
Speakers like KQED journalist Alexis Madrigal and Terraformation founder Yee Lee inspired audiences by sharing stories from their lives, tinned-fish royalty Becca Millstein joined Mercury COO Jason Zhang for a fireside chat on branding on a budget, and Mercury CEO Immad Akhund sat down with Shake Shack founder Danny Meyer to discuss how culture is the soil everything grows from.
What We Did
- Campaign Management
- Creative Direction
- Experience Production

The Customer Stories art installation captured the dynamic, unpredictable, and inspiring journey of building a company through a lens of tangible artifacts that call to light the human experience of entrepreneurship.
As a “Wow Moment” we featured work from Reuben Margolin, an artist known for his kinetic sculptures that seamlessly blend nature, mathematics, and creative expression. He lent us his piece, “Interlaced” for the event.
Activations positioned on both floors of the venue invited attendees to experience Mercury up close, whether at the Demo Bar, meeting with the Raise team, or getting a taste for the company culture with a Tea Tasting.
“Love seeing an event that actually feels built, not just scheduled. Real substance, real atmosphere. When founders leave more connected than they arrived, you know it worked.”
